Presentation at Newhall Community Junior School

On the 15th July a presentation event took place at Newhall Community Junior School during assembly for the winner and some of the runners up of the ‘Recycled Bin Schools Competition’

That’s it Folks!

Swadfest 09 is now over. We hope that you enjoyed the activities, festivals, exhibitions and events that took place throughout the week. Here’s to looking forward to next year!

Swadfest this Week

Monday 29th June to Friday 3rd July

There’s lots of activities happening at the SWADLINCOTE ACE CENTRE, Rinkway, this week including an ART EXHIBITION showcasing a super variety of arts & crafts from learners enrolled on courses at Swadlincote ACE Centre, with some artwork from Willington and Hatton classes. Plus workshops in TEXTILES, Tuesday,  and WILLOW WEAVING, Wednesday, for people to try. Read more …
